Salary starting from £10.42 per hour depending on qualification and experience

Bank Staff roles and responsibilities include:

• Assist staff members in providing the highest standard of compliance, care and education for children, and effectively carry out daily operations of the pre-school, including positive partnerships with staff and parents.

• Adhere to all Pre-school policies and procedures.

• Work closely staff members (manager/deputy) in ensuring a smooth running of the daily routine.

• Always meet health and safety and environmental health requirements

• Liaise with pre-school staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.

Bank Staff requirements and skills:

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification - Desirable

• Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Eseential

• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable

• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential

• First aid - Desirable
